Ingredients:

  • 1 box Loretta Chicken Rice Side (Bektrom Foods)
  • 1 cup cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Rice Side
    Prepare Loretta Chicken Rice Side according to package directions.
  2. Sauté Veggies and Chicken
