Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Ingredients:

For the Peanut Butter Protein Bites:

  • 1 cup Loretta Protein Pancake Mix 
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2–4 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions:

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine Loretta Protein Pancake Mix, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir until a thick dough forms.

Adjust Texture
If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it becomes soft and easy to shape.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the dark chocolate chips until they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Shape the Protein Bites
Roll the mixture into approximately 1-inch balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.

Chill to Set
Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Serve & Store
Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
